What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent

  • 15-20 years of experience in business management in consumer industry leading sales and marketing functions

  • Sales management experience in both online and offline channel, specifically with E-commerce customers with tracked record of growing and developing these channels.

  • Deep understanding of E-commerce customer models and strategies for growing brands in omni channel world.

  • Experience in strategy development, customer negotiation and cross-channel operating models.

  • Proven leadership skills and experience of leading, engaging and developing diverse, cross-functional and high-performance teams.

  • Strong ability to influence and engage key stakeholders, encourage teamwork and build strong internal  and external relationships.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Highly motivated and result driven.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Business Strategy & Execution

    -     Responsible for the overall business strategy and execution, market development and growth in all channels of China SPT pillar (online and offline).

    -     Responsible for increasing caloric coverage, promoting the brand and working closely with customers to maximize their margins and loyalty to Royal Canin.

    -     Be the pioneer to lead development of omni channel roadmap in RC China, creates alignment and foster execution behind it.

    -     Lead business model transformation in SPT pillar, to develop future Route-to-market strategy, build strategic collaborative framework with key account customers, and accelerate growth of D2C business.

    -     Provide insights into the digital landscape and foster clarity on where to play and how to win in order to be successful in the digital context.

    -     Develop and supervise implementation action plans in both online and offline channels in preparation for changing market conditions.

    -     Actively engage and build strong connection with regional/global teams contributing to regional/global strategy planning and bringing the strategy to life in China in support of China’s growth transformation.

    -     Establish and enforce ethical standards across all business areas

  • Talent Development and Team Engagment

    -     Select, motivate and develop an effective team as demonstrated through superior result, engagement and retention.

    -     As key member of China leadership team, drive talent agenda and pipeline building in RC China.

    -     Lead and build HPC in cross-function/cross-pillar teams.
