The Project Engineer will have a strong passion and drive to deliver projects OTIF in the site by cooperation with global, regional and site cross function teams. 

What are we looking for?

• 1. Education & Professional Qualification
      Collage or above degree in Engineering is required
  2. Knowledge/Experience
  •    Good communication skill and fluent English with oral and written skills 
  •    PC and office software skill.
  •    Project management skill, at least 1 years industrial engineering and related work experience (experience in foods industrial priority). 
  •    Understand HACCP, Foods safety and HSE knowledge will be preferred.
  •    Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects/initiatives within budget limits.
  •    Some travel may be required.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• •    Work with site teams to collect projects plan and cost
  •    Align with site management team and regional team to define projects budget
  •    Develop site master plan with global, regional and local teams together
  •    Site small minor projects budget owner, who will monitor budget KPI and report to site management team and finance team
  •    Develop efficient digital tools for Project Management for stie teams
  •    Lead and drive to deliver aligned projects for their scope, time, budget, and cash flow
  •    Coordinate with regional project engineer to deliver large minor and segment major projects
  •    Gate keeper of all new small minor projects and meeting owner for Capex approve from site director and finance controller
  •    Join and support site quality and safety audit to make sure procedure meet standards
  •    Interpret Projects benefit to generate priorities and action list 
  •    Present PM to Site Leadership Team
  •    Manage engineering contractors in site to meet company standards
  •    Other tasks assigned by manager
