Key Responsibilities

i) Replenishment Execution & Supply Service (70%)

• Weekly / Daily replenishment from sourcingsites to deliver OTIF target.
• Managing sourcing sites and DCs’ replenishment plan executed well.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across E2E supply process to fulfill demand.
• KPI : OSDC, OTIF, MPS

ii) Inventory & Capacity Management (15%)

• Set/review/maintain stock level of each DC to keep high stock efficiencyCapacity analysis and review with sourcing sites, including RM/PM readiness
• KPI : YEE Stock Value, Sourcing Site Production Plan Adherence

iii)Continual improvement for E2E supply optimization (15%)

• Leadingcross-functionalteamto improve E2E supply process to enhance better cashflow contribute to biz growth.
• Represent RC China supply in Regional COP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ planning experience mainly on supply planning and inventory control.
• Good at Microsoft Office (excellent excel), ERP system experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, Science & Engineering major preferred.
• Experience on production planning is a plus
