What are we looking for?
Key User should be the most skilled User on Business Process and for the system on site.
- Day-to-day work of a Key User should require the usage of the Business Process and the system which enables enough experience to drove process improvement.
Key User is ideally a (0.10-0.15) FTE part of an existing role per site/system.
- Combining with operational day-to-day responsibilities is possible. However, managing priorities between operational and Key User tasks is critical.
Key User percent FTE involvement may depend on:
- Criticality of the system.Complexity of the system. Number of Users.
What will be your key responsibilities?
1.First level support for S2S users on processes a related system.
2.Ensuring data quality by monitoring usage of system and data.
3.Identifying Set2Sell training needs for associates and Business Partners and provide training when relevant.
4.Leading and managing process change at the site or business partner level to improve quality standards and maintain best practices.
5.Conducting and coordinating any relevant systems testing for the site.
6.Documenting local processes to ensure key knowledge is retained.
7.Proactively contributing to the regional network of Key Users and Regional Functional Experts from other sites/ countries.
