Key Responsibilities
1,Set up factory training and qualification system, such as training procedure, skill matrix, training needs, training delivery, effectiveness evaluation, skill qualification and continuously improvement, etc.
2, Collect, identify and evaluate training needs from each function and pillar, develop factory annual training plan and manage training cost.
3, Develop TTT program and organize implementation.
4,Develop process and tools to define and evaluate position skill matrix, and qualify position skill level.
5, Design training course according to training plan, organize training material preparation for internal training and/or outsource training agency for external training.
6, Design and deliver special training for improving individual & team capability/performance.
7,Design and perform training system heath check for continuously improvement.
8, As the coordinator of factory E&T pillar, will lead/participate the key E&T projects or teams, Co-lead some factory people development programs.
9, Coordinate training courses delivery, including venue searching, setting and communication; facilities and stationery preparation; budget application, effectiveness evaluation, and other assistance needs from trainers.
10,Set up training procedure and documentation management.
Qualifications
1, Bachelor’s degree or above.
2,3–5 years of working experience in training, human resource management or business administration.
3,Demonstrate strong analytical skills to drive performance improvement, establish digital tracking systems, and facilitate the digital transformation of business operations. .
4,Able to independently develop training courses, design PPT courseware and compile practical operation manuals; capable of training demand research, training organization and post-training effect evaluation & review.
5,Possess strong communication and coordination skills, able to engage in cross-departmental collaboration with production, quality, HR and other teams.
