E-commerce Key Account Manager (f/m/x)

Job purpose
Implement the Royal Canin strategy at the Polish E-commerce Retailers by establishing and developing the customer relationship with the goal of reaching our quantitative & qualitative objectives while securing our market share and guaranteeing the accomplishment of the E-commerce strategy and vision.
What will be your key responsibilities?
1. Build long-term relationships with clients knowing the strengths and concerns of clients, providing opportunities for client development.
2. Implement, measure, and monitor the performance of each account plan (VOL; NSV; TPR%; A&P; Trade Terms, invoice issues and payments) taking decisive action to deliver sales revenue in line with plan.
3. Responsible for the accounts sales forecasting process through the S&OP+ process
4. Close cooperation with e-Merchandising Manager
5. Apply the RC collaboration standards to plan and conduct negotiations with customers in line with defined strategies and plans to:
- negotiate terms and conditions (e.g. credit policies, logistic, distribution, turnover, numerical distribution, placements, etc.)
- develop & execute activity/promotion plans and investments in line with RC brand, category and channel strategies considering NSV/T & ROI efficiency.
- responsible for planning & execution A&P budget with regular monitoring in cooperation with Trade Marketing Specialist
- implement and execute Perfect Digital Store strategy with assigned Key Accounts
- develop joint business plans and setting joint business targets align with SRM policy
- secure legal and business governance through implementation SRM terms and agreements for responsible accounts
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor degree in business or marketing
- 5+ years’ experience in Sales managing accounts at headquarters level.
- Knowledge of Polish retail trade, key customers, consumers, and pet food market
- Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written) to a variety of audiences
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficient use of office tools (Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint)
- Ability to engage customers and function as a team player and project leader
- Comfortable setting priorities, manage multiple tasks and remain focused in a changing environment
- Fluency in English and Polish written and spoken
- Driving license (cat. B)
