Location: Aimargues (30 minutes from Montpellier)
The Finance Analyst helps consolidating and providing financial analysis to the organization on Value Chain operations (VCO) areas (Supply & Purchasing). This position will be a key contributor to improve transparency on planning, budgeting, operating results, bench-marking and will support ad-hoc analysis for the business.
What are we looking for?
Proven work experience in a Finance-related field
Understanding of accounting principles (cost collectors, cross-charging,...)
Fluency in ERP, Power BI and/or other reporting tools
Business acumen to analyze and understand the financial data and provide business recommendations
Strong collaboration skills with attention to details
Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral)
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Create clarity regarding period close deliverables via development of timelines and templates
- Consolidate industrial reports from factories (excel & HFM) and periodic results (S14, 1NAV, Power BI, …) during period close, and make sure of timely reporting and summary analysis of all financial information (Factory benchmark, Inventory reports, …)
- Develop, improve and simplify tools and models for the reporting
- Prepare summary presentation and review them with VCO Finance team (closing deck + communication to markets)
- Support Overhead agenda & business partnering through appropriate reporting for Royal Canin SAS unit (Closing, Accrual management, budget rebalancing in 1Navision, …) and for global VCO Overhead reporting (commercial global, Engineering global, manufacturing global, logistic global & regional). Propose, align & enforce worldwide structure of reporting to the local 1NAV).
