As part of R&D DEPLOY department, the role of the Global Industrialization Specialist has a key role to support RC Innovation plan deployment in our factories network (DRY & WET) and guarantee the hand over from prototyping to industrial scale-up. Also, as global function, he/she will be the key interface to support our factory network on R&D concerns and Must Do projects.
The Global Industrialization Specialist is in charge to lead new product implementation within our international factory network. He/she will be part of global project team and will be in charge of:
- new product industrialisation risk assessment.
- definition, coordination, and execution of the industrial implementation validation plan.
- validation of R&D specifications required for new product implementation (raw material specifications, standard process running conditions, quality attributes specifications, and packaging specifications).
- follow-up and validation of first productions to allow release of new products on the market.
The Global Industrialization Specialist will be in close collaboration with Product & Process Implementation engineers (PPI) of our factory network to guarantee global R&D support. He/ she delivers his/her process and product expertise to support business initiatives or business must do project (Do It Best, Regulatory, New raw Material Implementation, Non Quality Cost… ) or to improve product quality through troubleshooting support.

What are we looking for?
- B.S. or M.S. in Science, Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food) or related technology program
- Demonstrated industry experience as R&D engineer or Quality & Food Safety Engineer
- Green belt or Black belt for Lean 6-Sigma is a plus
- > 5 years relevant experiences in technology development or implementation
- Demonstrated factory experience

What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead the industrial process /product implementation of our new product to support innovation/renovation plan deployment * Hand over the innovation projects from R&D DESIGN department to DEPLOY teams (based in regions or in factories).
* Collect and analyse the current performances of relaunched formulas in the different factories as part of a continuous improvement mindset.
*Be part of DESIGN project team as key Industrial Interface team to establish, coordinate and execute the validation plan in our factory network (test run request, test run coordination, product specifications card creation, test run execution follow-up, GO/NO GO lead).
* In collaboration with DEPLOY team and COMMERCIAL team, validate implementation of new raw material, new product and new packaging related to Innovation plan deployment (GO/NO GO).
* Create transfer file containing R&D specifications to support first production (raw material specifications, product specifications, standard process running conditions, and packaging specifications).
* Through collaboration with factory team, follow-up qualification of new products released on the market .
* Set up the ways of working with the Regional Deployment team to ensure that products are delivered OTIF for industrial trials and 1st productions.
- Factory Support on execution of Business Continuity project
* Be the R&D representative in Must Do projects (Regulatory challenges, Raw Material Shortage/Scarcity, Do It Best, Raw Material supplier/sourcing change).
* Deliver product and process specifications.
* Deliver process & product expertise.
* Be part of project team to follow business processes.
* Be part of CVS project team.
- Factory Support on Key Quality Attributes management
* Support PPI network on troubleshooting to reduce Non-Quality Cost & to reduce customer complaints.
* Support PPI on problem solving methodology deployment.
