The P&O Coordinator is a trusted partner to the Line Managers and P&O Business Partner for 2 French Factories and RC France, supporting the deployment of regional and functional people priorities in the areas of processes for P&O systems such as Workday, data integrity / analytics, and overall P&O effectiveness for one or more sites.
What are we looking for?
Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or Administration
The job will require a good knowledge for P&O systems (Workday / Organisation) and processes (Admin, MDR, PDP, TDR….)
2-3 years of P&O (HR) experience
Experience with Workday and Horoquartz systems would be a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Effective in building relationship at all levels
Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, using a comprehensive approach with strong attention to detail
Strong consulting skills and ability to influence decisions to a positive business outcome
Ability to effectively manage and work within ambiguity and prioritize on business needs and resources
Fluent in French and English
What will be your key responsibilities?
Train, and guide Line Managers and Associates to build capabilities in self-service for initiating requests into P&O system and assist Associates initiating requests in P&O for main individual cases
Develop/update Ad hoc reports, periodic reports, and analysis
Support P&O BP on every People initiatives that occur on sites
Liaise with Talent Acquisition to follow up recruitments and job requisitions.
Perform data integrity audits through reports and request for data to be changed.
Ensure Associates’ subscription to the Health and Disabilities company insurance in relation with MyP&O and WTW
Control specific local processes with MyP&O
Identify improvements and get insights for continuous improvement for quality and efficiency across the P&O operating model
P&O Data Steward, commit to duties as a data steward to ensure trust and accuracy of data, taking into account that all activities are auditable and monitored.
Ensure Associates’ subscription to the Health and Disabilities company insurance in relation with MyP&O and WTW
Control specific local processes with MyP&O: work medal certificate…
Role model the Mars Five Principles and Associate Concept every day; creating a culture of ethics and compliance, supporting Great Line Management.
