Location: Aimargues (30 min from Montpellier)

As part of the Digital Factory team, you will work in close cooperation with our Tech Lead, Product Owners, Enterprise Architect, Application Architect, Markets Technical Leads, Developers, Partners, and Mars Global Service business partners to define and deliver best in class solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in Application Design, Architecture and Development roles : business Technology-savvy with an understanding of cloud and traditional development techniques ;

• Proven experience in Systems Integration or Technical Project Manager role

• Strong knowledge of web technologies, specifically Integration Platforms, Web Applications, Databases, Microservices, MACH, APIs, API Management Solutions, traditional back-end integrations

• Confident in interacting with and influence senior leaders; synthesize and present results to senior executives;

• Experience working in an Agile framework

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral)

What will be your key responsibilities?

Design Digital Factory solutions across use cases and markets

• Collaborate to the global technology roadmap to define the fundamental architecture to support the business growth (solution architect and enterprise architect alignment)

• Select the right technologies to reach the expected outcomes (benchmark, recommend and tender solution providers)

• Design and deliver a portfolio of reusable APIs (Internal and External) for Royal Canin

• Work with various internal Mars IS service providers (i.e. Digital capabilities team, Mars Integration Hub, Mars hosting group, Mars Commercial, Mars Security) & Markets to ensure that all initiatives are executed with the most effective, fit-for-purpose and value-add solutions.

• Define requirements in the necessary formats and details to allow integration with 3rd party systems, e.g. data sources (e.g., MuleSoft, 1navision,Library & Weshare/3PL/JanRain/PayU as PSP/local legacy System/OMS)

Define delivery roadmap aligned with the business priorities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap to support the objectives of business segments, markets, and brands.

• Work with the scrum and product owners to structure and prioritize a backlog of epics, themes, stories, and integrations from roadmap to sprint planning accordingly to the backend constraint/need/requirement

Deliver & deploy Digital Factory Solutions

• Ensure the correct implementation of the technical requirements – follow up build and deploy phases

• Define the support model of Digital Factory solutions

Develop Digital Factory internal capabilities by sharing knowledge and expertise

• Share your expertise and knowledge to ensure the right understanding of the choices and the sustainability of the architecture choices

• Ensure that the technologies are used according to the best practices (salesforce commerce cloud, authentication system, payment solution…)

• Realize and share regular technologic benchmarks and market trends (chatbot, IA…)
